Relating guns to prohibition -__________-
Why are Americans defending this shit so muchDefending the 2nd amendment?
Hold up, you (waster-lazy-youth) think that banning guns will simply stop these shootings? Wow. The 2nd Amendment is there so the people can protect themselves. Schools are gun free zones (I like to call them targets). People who wish to do harm find it simple to go to one to kill a lot of people cause they won’t be stopped. It’s a gun-free zone. No guns. Yelling stop at the person will do nothing.
And heck, if we wanna ban guns, lets just ban knives too. For instance, a Chinese man went stabbing and stabbed 22 kids the same day Adam Lanza went shooting at Sandy Hook. Difference? The guy used a nice pointy knife to go about his business. He didn’t care who was hurt. He just stabbed away. Like Lanza, he didn’t care either. The two incidents both occurred in schools. So tell me, why ban an object (guns) that can be used to defend kids from being killed? Should we just let them stay as targets of murderers?
And why not relate a gun ban to prohibition? Prohibition failed to keep people from drinking alcohol that was deemed illegal then. A ban on guns wouldn’t stop people from getting those banned guns. The black market and various other ways have their special ways of getting things in and out of places. A ban on them simply means the sales would only go underground.
I don’t get why some people are so eager to not be allowed to own something. It’s bizarre.
